Paul, Weiss client CI Capital Partners announced that it had acquired, through an affiliate, a majority interest in Hero Digital, a leading digital consulting firm based in San Francisco. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partners Edward Ackerman and Carl Reisner and counsel David Harris and Menachem Kaplan; tax partner Scott Sontag; real estate partner Peter Fisch; employee benefits counsel Jason Ertel; and environmental counsel William O'Brien.
