General Atlantic and Torchy’s Tacos Announce Strategic Partnership

Paul, Weiss is representing General Atlantic in its significant minority investment in Torchy’s Tacos, a fast-casual restaurant serving untraditional tacos. General Atlantic joins the five founding partners of the restaurant chain as a shareholder. Financial terms of the transaction, announced on April 18 and expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.
