Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic in its investment in SPINS, a leading wellness-focused data, analytics and technology provider in the U.S. The growth investment, to be made in partnership with Warburg Pincus and Georgian, will support future strategic initiatives, including product development and vertical expansion. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
