Paul, Weiss advised MacAndrews & Forbes Incorporated in the sale of its portfolio company AM General LLC, an automotive manufacturer that builds military and commercial vehicles, to KPS Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
AM General designs, engineers, manufactures, supplies and supports specialized vehicles for military and commercial customers worldwide, including the iconic High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle known as the HUMVEE®.
