Oak Hill to Invest in Calero Software and MDSL Merger

Paul, Weiss is advising Oak Hill Capital in its role as a lead investor in a growth recapitalization of Calero Software and subsequent funding of Calero’s merger with MDSL. Financial terms of the transaction, expected to close in late Q4 or early Q1, were not disclosed. Calero Software is a provider of communications and cloud lifecycle management solutions designed to turn communication data into actionable insight by simplifying the management of voice, mobile and other unified communications services and assets. MDSL is a provider of technology expense management solutions and market data management, and partners with enterprises to provide clarity, control, compliance and cost savings across its global technology estates.
