Paul, Weiss advised Searchlight Capital Partners in its $1 billion all-cash acquisition, in partnership with fintech company Rêv Worldwide, Inc., of Netspend’s consumer business from Global Payments. Netspend is a leading provider of payments and financial solutions for consumers and businesses.
