Jack Entertainment to Sell Jack Cincinnati Casino and Turfway Park

Paul, Weiss is representing Jack Entertainment LLC, a portfolio company of Rock Ventures LLC, in its $780 million sale of Jack Cincinnati Casino and Turfway Park to Hard Rock International and VICI Properties. The transaction is expected to close in late 2019, pending regulatory approvals.
