In this role, he manages and oversees the activities and operations of many of the firm's service departments including Administration, Building Services, Dining Services, Facilities, Mail Room, Supplies, Reception, Records, Reprographics, Travel Services and Word Processing. Jim is also responsible for developing recommendations, implementing decisions and overseeing completion of all matters relative to the firm's space planning.

Pamela N. Davidson is the Chief Legal Personnel and Recruitment Officer of Paul, Weiss. Her responsibilities include leading the firm’s worldwide attorney recruitment efforts, as well as the summer associate program and all aspects of counsel and associate relations. Pamela also oversees departmental assigning, performance evaluations and attorney on-boarding and immigration needs, along with their related committee support functions.
