Chief Operating Officer
Eric Sekler is the Chief Operating Officer of Paul, Weiss. He is responsible for leading all financial, operational and administrative support functions and participates in the development of long-range plans, strategies and objectives for the firm.
Chief Administrative Officer
Hank Miller is the Chief Administrative Officer of the firm and is based in the Washington office. In this role, he manages and oversees the activities and operations of many of the firm's service departments including Administration, Administrative Services, Building Services, Dining Services, Events, Facilities, Mail Room, Multimedia Services, Reception, Records, Reprographics, Supplies, Travel Services and Word Processing. Hank is also responsible for developing recommendations, implementing decisions and overseeing completion of all matters relative to the firm's space planning.
Chief Benefits & Well-Being Officer
Lisa Peterson is the Chief Benefits & Well-Being Officer at Paul, Weiss. Lisa helps to lead the firm’s well-being strategy and supporting programs, focusing on the physical and emotional health of all firm personnel so that they can perform at their best professionally and personally.
Luke V. Ferrandino
Chief Marketing Officer
Luke V. Ferrandino is Chief Marketing Officer of the firm. He is responsible for guiding, executing and supporting the firm’s business development and marketing strategies, including those related to client retention and development, communications, alumni relations and brand awareness.
Chief Financial Officer
Sean McNamara leads the Finance function of the firm, with responsibility for Accounting and Control; Client Billings and Collections; Accounts Payable and Employee Expenses; Payroll; Partners' Accounts; Treasury and Investment Management, and Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis. Sean also collaborates in the planning, development and implementation of financial systems.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Elisabeth Bernard heads the Human Resources Management function. In this role, she manages employee relations, recruiting, policy and procedure development, compensation and other human resources programs for the firm’s Operations Team.
Chief Inclusion Officer
Danyale Price is the Chief Inclusion Officer at Paul, Weiss. She is responsible for continuing to develop and promote all diversity and inclusion practices across the firm, while ensuring that these principles and values are reflected in our client work, policies and daily interactions.
Chief Information Officer
Nick L. Krishnani is Chief Information Officer, responsible for all enterprise IT strategies and initiatives, including architecture, cyber security and information governance, business systems, e-discovery, application development, operations and support.

Chief Knowledge and innovation Officer
Gina B. Lynch is Chief Knowledge and Innovation Officer of the firm. Gina leads all knowledge teams including research, knowledge management and competitive intelligence. She also provides strategic direction for practice innovation and client solutions including evaluating, implementing and supporting technologies and processes that drive lawyer efficiency and service to our clients.

Chief Legal Project Management Officer
Nicole Weber is the Chief Legal Project Management Officer of the firm. In this role, she oversees and manages the firm's Paralegal, Staff Attorney and Legal Project Management programs.
Pamela N. Davidson
Chief Legal Personnel and Recruitment Officer
Pamela N. Davidson is the Chief Legal Personnel and Recruitment Officer of Paul, Weiss. Her responsibilities include leading the firm’s worldwide attorney recruitment efforts, as well as the summer associate program and all aspects of counsel and associate relations. Pamela also oversees departmental assigning, performance evaluations and attorney on-boarding and immigration needs, along with their related committee support functions.
Claire A. Gilmartin
Chief Professional Development Officer
Claire Gilmartin is the Chief Professional Development Officer at Paul, Weiss. In this role, she oversees the delivery of all in-house legal training and education, CLE client programs and CLE compliance for the firm's attorneys. Claire also leads the firm’s career development function which extends beyond formal training and includes coaching, career advising, and practical skills training.
Elizabeth G. McCabe
Deputy General Counsel
Elizabeth G. McCabe is the firm's Deputy General Counsel. Working closely with the firm’s General Counsel, she oversees the Professional Responsibility Department and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s professional responsibility, risk management, conflicts and compliance functions. She also oversees the firm's Managing Attorney's Office.
Glenn K. Jones
Chief Conflicts and Compliance Officer
Glenn K. Jones is the firm's Chief Conflicts and Compliance Officer. He develops and implements risk management and compliance programs for the firm and consults with the firm's lawyers on issues of legal ethics and professional responsibility. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s conflicts and new business intake functions and oversees the Conflicts Department.
SUSTAINABILITY & ESG
Co-Chair, Sustainability and ESG Advisory Practice and Executive Director, ESG and Law Institute
Dave Curran is Co-Chair of the Sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Advisory Practice and Executive Director of the ESG and Law Institute. He is responsible for continuing to develop and promote the firm’s ESG practices. In this role, he also works with the firm's lawyers to lead its Sustainability and ESG Advisory Practice Group.
