Dave Curran Interviewed on Litera TV About Lawyers Leading Social Change

Chief Sustainability and ESG Officer Dave Curran was featured on an April 23 Litera TV episode of “Lawyers Leading Social Change,” with host Alma Asay, a domain expert for legal workspace technology company Litera and former Gibson Dunn attorney.
During the broadcast, Dave discussed his career path and the lessons he has learned along the way; why ESG is now on every board’s agenda; and the importance of organizations tethering their ESG commitments to the inner workings of their company.
“The stakes are so much higher today than they were five or ten years ago, for issues that might have been handled by human resources, sustainability departments, procurement, finance,” Dave said. “Litigation, investigations, employment law, all of those areas need ESG inserted into the process to take a modern-day look at things, and our practice does that.”
