Secretary Johnson to Be Honored With the Anti-Defamation League’s Gorowitz Institute Service Award in Washington, D.C.

Litigation partner Jeh Johnson will be honored at the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) National Leadership Summit. Secretary Johnson will receive the ADL William and Naomi Gorowitz Institute Service Award, in recognition of his distinguished public service and achievements in combatting terrorism, extremism and injustice. The event will take place May 9 in Washington D.C.
The ADL William and Naomi Gorowitz Institute on Terrorism and Extremism advances the fight against terrorism through education and advocacy by providing timely information, cutting-edge training and educational opportunities to the law enforcement community. The Institute assists law enforcement by providing resources for tracking extremists and terrorists across the United States.
Past recipients of the award have included: former CIA Director and Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, U.S. Homeland Security Director Michael Chertoff, former CIA Director George Tenet, former FBI Director Louis Freeh, and NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly.
