Corporate partner Andrew J. Foley and corporate and litigation partner Judge Stephen P. Lamb participated in the 32nd Annual Securities Law Practitioner's Conference 2012. Andrew joined the panel "Update on U.S. Securities Developments" and Stephen participated in the panel "Mediating Rights and Responsibilities in Control Transactions." The program took place February 15 - 17 at Langdon Hall in Cambridge, Ontario.
