Mark Bergman Discusses Equity Capital Markets Drivers and Reform

London-based securities partner Mark S. Bergman joined a panel discussion at the 9th Annual "European Capital Markets Forum." The panel examined recent developments and challenges in accessing the European capital markets and considerations surrounding SEC registered offerings by European companies. The program was hosted by the International Financial Law Review, and took place on April 25 and 26 in London. Mark spoke on April 25.
