Fedrigoni Completes €665 Million High-Yield Bond Offering

Paul, Weiss advised Fedrigoni, an Italy-based portfolio company of Bain Capital and BC Partners and a leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive products and premium packaging materials, in connection with the issuance of €665 million of high yield bonds and the upsize of its existing revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the offering, which closed on January 22, were used to refinance existing debt of the group.
