London-based securities partner Mark Bergman and securities associate Patricia Vaz de Almeida published two articles in the "Comment & Analysis" section of the November 2008 issue of BNA International's World Securities Law Report. The first article reviews recent modifications to the SEC rules governing cross-border tender offers, exchange offers, rights offerings and business combinations. The second article examines recently adopted changes to certain SEC rules governing American Depositary Receipt programs.
