Real estate partner Mitch Berg and finance associate Andy Bates co-authored an article that appeared in the "Real Estate Trends" section of the October 31 New York Law Journal. The article, "Investment Funds: Subscription Financings Offer Speed, Efficiency," discusses the usage and features of subscription facilities in real estate investment funds, which are an effective way for funds to obtain short-term financing and bridge capital calls.
