Mark Bergman Participates in "Africa Forum"

London-based securities partner Mark Bergman joined two panel discussions at the "Africa Forum," London's first financial law forum on Africa. Mark joined a panel that will explore the growth of domestic stock exchanges and how to dual list, how to list mineral companies on international exchanges, local issues for foreign investors and disclosure considerations. The second panel focused on the success of corporate, convertible and high yield bonds in South Africa and how the new Companies and Consumer Protection Acts affect transactions. The forum was hosted by International Financial Law Review and took place on May 31.
