MetroNet Announces New Investments from KKR and Oak Hill Capital

Paul, Weiss is advising U.S. fiber-optic broadband services provider MetroNet in a co-investment by KKR and Oak Hill Capital. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not released.
