Clarion Capital Sells Portfolio Company Crowe Paradis Services Corporation
Paul, Weiss client Clarion Capital Partners announced yesterday that it completed the sale of its portfolio company Crowe Paradis Services Corporation, a premier provider of claims analysis and compliance solutions, to Verisk Analytics, Inc., for approximately $90 million. Clarion Capital Partners invested in Crowe Paradis in October 2006 as part of the firm's strategy to pursue compelling growth investments in emerging industries.
