Kohlberg Sports Group Acquires Maverik Lacrosse
Kohlberg Sports Group Inc., an affiliate of Paul, Weiss client Kohlberg & Company, L.L.C., announced today that it has acquired Maverik Lacrosse, a leading designer, developer, manufacturer and marketer of lacrosse equipment, apparel and accessories. Kohlberg Sports Group also owns Bauer Hockey, the world's leading manufacturer of ice hockey equipment. The acquisition will allow Bauer Hockey and Maverik Lacrosse the opportunity to work together and build both brands.
