KPS Sells United Copper Industries to Southwire

Paul, Weiss client KPS Capital Partners, LP announced that it has sold its portfolio company United Copper Industries, Inc. to Southwire Company, LLC. UCI is a leading manufacturer and distributor of copper building wire and cable in the U.S. and Canada. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
