Paul Weiss advised TA and Warburg Pincus on the joint acquisition of Epassi Group, a market leader for digital employee benefit payments in the Nordics, the UK and Italy.
Paul, Weiss is also advising TA and Warburg Pincus on Epassi’s combination with Exercite, a provider of corporate health and wellness benefit solutions in Germany and the Netherlands. The pending combination of Epassi and Exercite, which is subject to customary closing conditions, will create one of Europe’s largest independent employee benefits providers, adding more than 7,000 corporate customers and over 12,000 merchants to Epassi’s growing portfolio.
Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
