Corporate counsel Hans-Günther Herrmann and paralegal Xu Yang published the article, "Local Initiatives Facilitate Rmb Private Equity Funds," in the November 2008 issue of Asian Legal Business. The article examines the preferential treatments and simple establishment procedures for private equity funds in Shanghai and Tianjin, which have succeeded in attracting fund sponsors and investors to their cities.
