Real estate partner Meredith J. Kane was a featured speaker at
the plenary session of the Real Property Law Section at the New
York State Bar Association's annual convention on Thursday, January
26. Speaking on the topic "New York is Different: Current Topics in
Real Estate Development," Meredith addressed new developments in
the hotel, residential, institutional and office markets, with a
special focus on the expansion of the tech sector and the new
developments planned as a result of New York City's recent applied
science and engineering school competition.
