Nick Carter is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. He focuses on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds, credit funds, real estate funds, co investment funds, funds of funds and other types of alternative asset funds. He also advises fund sponsors on the marketing of funds and related regulatory and compliance matters.

In addition to advising on fund formation and operational issues, Nick has experience advising clients on customized private investment funds, separately managed accounts, management company “upper tier” arrangements and secondary transactions.
