Robin Hellebrekers is an associate in the Executive Compensation Group. Robin’s practice focuses on executive compensation considerations in the context of mergers, divestitures, bankruptcies and other corporate transactions. She also counsels public companies and private equity funds on issues related to ongoing compensation-related needs, including the negotiation and implementation of equity, retention, severance and executive employment agreements.
