David Gerst is a counsel in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Financial Services Group. His practice includes advising both borrowers and lenders on a wide-range of financial products including warehouse lending, asset-backed securitizations, credit facilities and bespoke derivative transactions. David has experience across various asset classes, including litigation finance, life settlements, Medicare and insurance receivables, solar panel loans and other esoteric asset classes, as well as residential mortgage loans, consumer loans and CLOs.
