In the March 8 issue of New York Law Journal, litigation partner Maria Vullo was identified as one of seven candidates for the next associate judge of the New York State Court of Appeals. The Commission on Judicial Nomination forwarded its list of candidates to the governor on March 7 to fill an opening created by the death of Theodore Jones Jr. in November.
