Ted Wells Honored at National Equal Justice Awards Dinner
Litigation partner Theodore V. Wells, Jr. was presented with the Thurgood Marshall Lifetime Achievement Award at the 25th Annual National Equal Justice Awards Dinner (NEJAD). The ceremony was co-hosted by the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund (LDF) and NEJAD, which took place on November 3 in New York. Ted was lauded for his integral role in furthering LDF's mission and garnering support and visibility for their legal program. In his five-year tenure as board co-chair, Ted secured much-needed support from the legal, corporate and philanthropic communities to assist LDF with some of its most complex legal arguments.
