Litigation partner Joe Simons, counsel Andrew Finch and associate Bill Michael published a guest column, titled "Implications of Pacific Bell v. LinkLine," in the March 31 issue of Competition Law360. The column discusses the U.S. Supreme Court's recent decision prohibiting "price squeeze" claims under Section Two of the Sherman Act, and suggests that in regulated industries, such as telecommunications, would-be plaintiffs may increasingly turn to administrative bodies for relief rather than bringing challenges to competitors' pricing under the antitrust laws.
