August 23, 2006 Full PDF

Partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp's "Second Circuit Review" column appeared in yesterday's New York Law Journal. The article, "Our 250th Column: A Retrospective," reports on how the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has evolved over the past two decades, the period of time that Marty and Brad have been writing this column. In the article, among other issues, they look at the court's changing caseload and evolving membership, the method and manner by which it disposes of cases, and the length of time associated with such dispositions. Former summer associate Benjamin Gould assisted with the preparation of this article.
