John Carlin and Nathan Mitchell to Discuss Navigating U.S. National Security Regulations at ACI’s CFIUS Conference

Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Co-Chair John Carlin and corporate counsel Nathan Mitchell will participate in the American Conference Institute’s 10th National Conference on CFIUS, the nation’s leading forum on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. John will moderate the keynote fireside chat with Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Investment Security Paul Rosen, the top CFIUS official. Nathan will speak on “Tips for Success and Lessons Learned When Monitoring Mitigation Agreements,” which will cover various phases of CFIUS mitigation agreements, including negotiation, implementation and day-to-day compliance.
