Counsel Corinna Yu and associate Daniel Levine published an article in the November 8 Financial Times' weekly "Legal View" column. The article, "An Inconvenient Truth For Beijing," looks at how China can continue to capitalize on the benefits of the Kyoto Protocol by encouraging the National Development and Reform Commission and other governmental approval agencies to approve and accept more flexible financing and pricing mechanisms.
