Counsel Hans-Günther Herrmann published an article, "Investing in Chinese Commercial Banks Under New Rules," in the January 2007 issue of Asian Legal Business. The article discusses new regulations implemented for foreign entities wanting to invest in Chinese banks. These new rules also help define what types of foreign entities can invest in banks with 25 percent or more foreign ownership.
