Jack Lange Publishes Article in ALM's Guide to Investing in China

Corporate partner Jack Lange published an article titled, "Private Equity in China - Bringing it Home," in the October 2007 issue of ALM's Guide to Investing in China. In his article, Jack discusses the young and rapidly evolving private equity environment in China in which private equity investors are adjusting to a set of significant policy changes set in place by the PRC government. The PRC authorities have been successful in restricting the use of offshore structures for foreign private equity investment and have channelled private equity investors into onshore structures and, most likely, towards listings in the PRC rather than on foreign exchanges.
