Paul, Weiss was recognized by FinanceAsia at its annual Achievement Awards for the “Best Equity Deal.” The award recognized the firm’s work advising Naspers in its US$9.8 billion disposal of a 2 percent stake in Tencent. The FinanceAsia Achievement Awards are considered one of Asia’s most prestigious accolades in the banking, finance and M&A arena. The 2018 awards were announced at a reception on February 13, 2019 in Hong Kong.
