Corporate partner Raphael Russo will speak at the Practicing Law Institute’s 2017 Private Placements and Hybrid Securities Offerings seminar. Ray’s panel, “Resales of Restricted Securities and Secondary Sales and Securities of Privately Held Companies,” will focus on how to satisfy Rule 144 conditions; the “Section 4(1-1/2)” exemption and Second 4(a)(7); how privately held companies provide liquidity for security holders; and legal considerations for secondary sales of privately held company stock. The event will take place from May 22-23 in New York City.
