London-based securities partner Mark S. Bergman discussed the requirements for listing Russian companies' securities on the New York Stock Exchange, the expenses involved and the possible consequences of becoming a publicly traded company, at the IPO conference "Raising Capital: On the Way to Launching an IPO in Russia and Abroad." The program, jointly sponsored by European law firm Noerr and the Russian Trading System, took place in Moscow on April 7 and 8.
