SEC Rescission of Form F-9

The SEC has decided, after determining that certain regulatory changes have rendered it unnecessary, to eliminate Form F-9, effective as of December 31, 2012. The decision to eliminate Form F-9 may have implications for certain Canadian issuers that take advantage of the SEC's Multijurisdictional Disclosure System.
