Corporate and litigation partner Judge Stephen Lamb published the article "Two Roads Diverged in a Wood: A Tale of Controlling Stockholder Freezeouts," which appeared in the October/November issue of Directorship magazine. The article discusses the recent Delaware Chancery Court decision in In Re CNX Gas and how this decision looks to a "unified standard" that would apply to minority stockholder freezeouts.
