Paul, Weiss was commended in the “Accessing New Markets and Capital” category of the Financial Times’ annual feature recognizing the year’s most innovative North American law firms and lawyers. The firm was recognized for our involvement in the whole-business securitization of Apollo portfolio company Coinstar, LLC, a transaction led by corporate partner Jordan Yarett. The FT noted that this was a first-of-its-kind securitization transaction because of the unique nature of the assets being securitized -- coin return kiosks -- and the operating business.
