S4 Capital Closes €375,000,000 Term Loan and £100,000,000 Revolving Facility

Paul, Weiss represented S4 Capital plc in its new €375,000,000 senior secured term loan facility and £100,000,000 multi-currency senior secured revolving facility. Proceeds of the facilities were used in part to refinance S4 Capital’s existing term loan and revolving credit facilities, and may be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, including to fund acquisitions and capital expenditures.
S4 Capital is a rapidly growing, London Stock Exchange-listed UK public company operating in the digital advertising and marketing services industry. Established in 2018 by Sir Martin Sorrell, former founder of global advertising and public relations firm WPP plc, the group employs nearly 6,000 people in 33 countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
