Blackstone Sells Minority Interest in Arkkan Capital to TIG Advisors

Paul, Weiss represented a fund managed by a Blackstone advisor in the sale of a minority revenue share interest in Arkkan Capital, a Hong Kong-based alternative asset manager with approximately $1 billion in assets, to TIG Advisors, LLC. The Blackstone fund, which seeded the firm, will remain an investor in Arkkan’s fund. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
