Amran Hussein Featured in Private Equity Law Report on the Evolution of LPACs

October 15, 2019

Corporate partner Amran Hussein was featured in a two-part Q&A in Private Equity Law Report. Amran examined recent trends in the use of limited partner advisory committees (LPACs) by private equity funds. In the series, Amran examines how LPACs are rapidly taking on broader responsibilities and stricter procedures, and at the same time are becoming subject to procedural scrutiny, structural changes and their own conflict-of-interest concerns.

The Private Equity Law Report analyzes critical legal issues in the private equity industry, including related to rulemaking, compliance, taxation, marketing and other operational challenges that private equity sponsors confront on an ongoing basis.
