InterMedia Outdoor Holdings, LLC (IMOH LLC), a portfolio company of our private equity fund client InterMedia Partners VII, has entered into a definitive merger agreement with Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: OUTD) to create InterMedia Outdoor Holdings, Inc. (IMOH Inc.), a publicly traded media and content company serving the large and growing market of outdoor enthusiasts in the United States.
IMOH LLC controls The Sportsman Channel, a national cable television network, and InterMedia Outdoors, Inc., a multi-media company that publishes 15 magazine titles, 20 websites and is a leading television producer in the outdoors category.
