Wellspring Capital Management Acquires Crosman Corporation
On April 15, an affiliate of Paul, Weiss client Wellspring Capital Management LLC acquired all of the outstanding capital stock of Crosman Acquisition Corporation. Crosman Acquisition Corporation is the parent company of Crosman Corporation, the world's leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of airguns, airsoft guns and related category consumables. The terms of the transaction have not been publicly disclosed.
