Paul, Weiss represented JPW Industries, Inc., an affiliate of funds managed by Gamut Capital Management, L.P., in its acquisition of Baileigh Industrial Holdings, LLC. Baileigh is a leading marketer, manufacturer and distributor of over 500 metalworking and woodworking products sold under the Baileigh® brand across the U.S. and Europe. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
