KPS to Sell IKG to Meiser and Dutco

Paul, Weiss is representing KPS Capital Partners, LP in its sale of Houston-based IKG, a leading North American manufacturer of high-quality steel and aluminum bar grating, to Germany-based Meiser International GmbH and Dubai Transport Company LLC (Dutco). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The firm previously advised KPS on its 2020 acquisition of IKG in a complex carve-out transaction. KPS and IKG’s management team subsequently executed a successful growth strategy that transformed IKG into a diversified and growing platform.
