Paul, Weiss advised Kohlberg & Company and Thomas Nelson, a leading trade publisher providing multiple forms of inspirational content, on Kohlberg's $200 million sale of Thomas Nelson to HarperCollins, one of the largest English-language publishers in the world. Thomas Nelson will continue to operate as an independent company.
