On December 6, real estate partner Meredith Kane acted as the co-chair of the New York State Bar Association's Advanced Real Estate Transactions 2012 conference in New York City. The conference, which Meredith has co-chaired since 2009, featured leading real estate practitioners discussing advanced topics in joint ventures, tax treatment of workouts and exchanges, lending markets and distressed real estate, multi-family development, ground leases and other current issues.
