  • Mallinckrodt's Restructuring

    An ad hoc committee of noteholders of Mallinckrodt, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, in (a) Mallinckrodt’s chapter 11 cases and (b) a prior out-of-court exchange of $495 million of senior unsecured debt for new first lien senior secured notes, on a par-for-par basis.

  • Nordic Aviation's Prearranged Chapter 11

    Azorra Aviation, a commercial aircraft leasing company, in its acquisition and recapitalization of certain aircraft owning silos of Nordic Aviation Capital pursuant to a prearranged chapter 11 plan process.

  • Out-of-Court Refinancing of CHC Group

    CHC Group, one of the largest providers of helicopter services, in connection with a comprehensive out-of-court recapitalization transaction involving the reduction of up to $520 million in funded debt and over $100 million in new money and other liquidity enhancements.

  • Boart Longyear’s Chapter 15 Cases

    Secured and unsecured lenders of Boart Longyear, an Australian registered supplier of drilling services, drilling equipment and performance tooling, in its recapitalization transaction which reduced approximately $795 million of the company’s debt through two Australian court-approved schemes of arrangement and companion chapter 15 proceedings by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • The Collegiate Churches of New York

    The Collegiate Churches of New York, the oldest operating church in the United States, in connection with its investment in a major commercial real estate development project in New York City.

  • Gulf Coast Healthcare

    Barrow Street Capital in restructuring its equity investment in Gulf Coast Healthcare, a Florida healthcare and nursing home provider, pursuant to a chapter 11 plan of liquidation in the District of Delaware.
